Report a problem with a lesson
Lessons link to documentation and articles on other websites, and those pages sometimes move or change. If a lesson’s link is broken, the page no longer matches the lesson, or a quiz question isn’t answered by the reading, tap the flag icon at the top of the lesson or quiz screen. It opens an email with the lesson and question already filled in, so we can find and fix it quickly.
Common questions
I moved to a new phone or reinstalled the app. Where is my progress?
KnoKit has no accounts, so your progress, saved questions and settings are stored only on the phone you used. Deleting the app or clearing its data removes them permanently, and they can’t be moved to another device or restored.
How do I get Premium back after reinstalling?
Open Settings → Premium (or Go Premium) and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID or Google account you subscribed with.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, not in the app. Deleting KnoKit does not cancel it.
- iPhone and iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → KnoKit.
- Android: Google Play → your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → KnoKit.
Can I get a refund?
Payments are processed by Apple or Google, and we never see your payment details, so refunds are requested from them: through Apple’s reportaproblem.apple.com, or from your order history in Google Play.
What are quiz keys?
On the free plan you get 3 quiz keys a day. A key unlocks a new lesson’s quiz, and once a quiz is unlocked you can retry it as often as you like. An unlocked lesson you haven’t completed locks again after 7 days; a completed lesson stays unlocked. Need more? Watch a short ad for an extra key. Premium removes ads and gives unlimited keys.
How do I change my choice about personalised ads?
Where consent applies, go to Settings → Privacy options.
How do I delete my data?
Go to Settings → Reset local data, or delete the app. Everything KnoKit stores about your learning is on your device. See the privacy policy for what the ad and subscription services receive.
